By "accepting responsibility" he means under federal guidelines he gets up to a 3 level reduction for "accepting responsibilty" meaning a sentence that can carry 70-87 months can be reduced to 30-37 months simply by accepting a plea and accepting responsibility..

How were they able to remove his lawyer? Conflict of interest? That makes no sense if you signed a retainer for that attorney on that particular case.
