Not a single item that fell of the mantel broke. Simon really knows how to own a cat, and ensure all of his valuables are made of only the sturdiest porcelain.

The Cat not understanding the changes and looking for Simon, until finally settling in where his scent was strongest hits really hard in the feels.

I miss my cats so much when I go on holidays, and it's so much worse knowing that they miss me too and that I cannot explain to them that I will be back soon.

My favorite part is the part at the end with the bed. ❤ They miss their dad so much that they're crying for him and curling up on his pillow because it smells like him. So sweet and so cat! ❤
