Thank you for this great practice, lovely in the morning! ❤
ОтветитьPeace❤
Ответить9/07/2023. Thursday.
Grateful for this hands-free practice as I nurse my hand back to health.
Thank you for the fine tuning: when in wide-legged child’s pose: ‘focus on emptying the belly, pulling the belly button towards the back’ - added more stretch through the hips.
When doing seated twists: ‘press into the big toe of the top-folded leg rather than leaning on the outer edge of the foot’ - deepened the stretch on the outside of that side’s hip.
Great practice! Thank you!
I am 77 years old with a broken hand. This was perfect for me - thank you.
ОтветитьJust had hand surgery, so great to find I can still maintain my yoga practice!
ОтветитьALIVE!
ОтветитьThank you!!
ОтветитьI'm doing this in the evening, but my word is ✨Balance✨
Ответитьword of the day is LOVE
ОтветитьI have a shoulder injury and I so appreciated this class!!!
ОтветитьMy word is gratitude. Thank you for this practice.
ОтветитьMy wrists thank you!
ОтветитьThank you. I loved it. My word was productivity and then at the end it was peace xoxo
Ответить"Quiet"
More challenging than I expected!
I've never been able to do a relaxed bound angle, I just can't lean forward far enough with my tight hips and low back - I have to hold onto my feet.
This hands free practice was so helpful, thank you!

ОтветитьMy word is aligned. Thank you Kassandra 🙏
Ответитьconnection!
ОтветитьIntention: Open! This was a great no wrists practice.
ОтветитьSafe
ОтветитьPower. Then I felt into it more and came up with instinct and tenacity <3 Great to rest my wrists for a change. Thank you x Namaste, Kassandra
ОтветитьThank you so much Kassandra for these hands-free practices! I overstrained my shoulder joint (likely overdoing wheel pose a few weeks ago 😬) & have been needing to rest it...but the rest of my body still wants to move! so these practices have been really helpful while my shoulder heals. <3
ОтветитьMy one word intention today is self-care. Thank you for all the wonderful practices!
ОтветитьJust right! Thank you….peace!
ОтветитьMore lovely wrist-free classes please!
ОтветитьSending lots of love and gratitude Kassandra! 🤗 Thank you for this and for all the sessions 🙏🤗
ОтветитьThank you soooo much! I love these stretches and my wrists are happy with gentle movement but no pressure. I don't really like roses that much, but the first word that came to me was rose. So ~ who knows, right?! Namaste
Ответитьthank you! Very nice!
ОтветитьThanks for this Kassandra! I recently fractured my elbow and this was such a great, energetic practice to keep me active even when I can't use my arm. Thank you <3
ОтветитьThanks again for the hands free classes! 💝
ОтветитьI almost skipped this one but so glad I didn't. Love the short meditation at the end too. My word of the day is "success." Namaste 🙏
ОтветитьI've been doing this sequence from time to time over the last two years, and every time it amazes me how much you manage to get into 20 minutes. A great start to the day. Thank you.
ОтветитьWhat a wonderful session.....Thank you Kassandra. I am enjoying your morning classes soooo much...they are really helping me to get back into my yoga practice after a long hiatus away. And helping my aging body to feel more alive! Yay!
ОтветитьLove your hands free yoga practices.
ОтветитьRecovering from upper body injury, this was perfect x

ОтветитьMY WORD OF THE DAY IS FUCK BITCHES GET MONEY
ОтветитьSantosha!
ОтветитьYour micro cues are so effective- fantastic! Thank you!
Ответить💜🙏 nice without hands and downworth facing dog, I´m suffering from mid-back pain.
ОтветитьThank you!
ОтветитьDid this with broken clavicle. Yay!
Ответитьlovely practice,thank you!
ОтветитьI am really enjoying your hands free yoga practices. I find with practises that have lots of downward dog really hard on my wrists and so I tend to give up. I did this session in my garden this morning facing the morning sun and it was lovely. Thank you
ОтветитьThanks for a great practice. My word today is ‘patience’ as I recover from elbow surgery from a bike crash. I’m usually very active so this forced break is tough. Namaste.
ОтветитьLovely way to start the day. My word is "hopeful". ❤️
ОтветитьSo glad to be able to practice yoga with a broken wrist! Thank you Kassandra.
ОтветитьGreat class, loved the variations, thank you.
