ОтветитьI love your yoga/stretching routines. There are never annoying talk intro's + Always good music choice! + the visual timer and the bleep at the end are small things that are really helpful as well. The aesthetics are a bonus :)

ОтветитьI absolutely love Pamela and her videos but bouncing while stretching is very dangerous, it can cause serious injuries. Ask me I know. Please Google bouncing while stretching. Sorry Pamela still love your everything ❤
