To make myself better for my god. I’m so happy you have these videos out here! Did this workout with 10 pounds and kinda flaked to 5 pounds near the end! I used to do the 15 min work out but i felt good today! But i’ll always say “nah you lost me at the diamond push ups!” 🤣💚
