How to Create a SharePoint Document Library with Power Automate

how do you update the Library Name to combine title and description? e.g. for our l;ibrary names we use a 4 character code to keep the URLs short but I want the library name to be a combination of Title and Description:

There is a way to create a sharepoint library from another library "template" for have the same columns? or with Content type gallery from the site (the ones like 0x010599)?

1) How do i display the all available "document libraries" present in a SharePoint site in a gallery in PowerApps using Power Automate?

If any one wondering, how to add the same library that you are creating to be added in the left side site navigate, just another parameter.
