Why does this vid has this bad vote ratio. The things are explained pretty succinctly

When I saw the google plus icon, I had to exit full screen to see when was this video uploaded. I expected to see a year before 2015. This video might have been recorded back in 2014 and only uploaded years later when google plus is no longer with us.

What is Windows Communication Foundation? Let's face it - it is horrible: insanely complicated to implement and awful to configure. Strange that hardly anyone uses it any more.
