What is Dashi Powder? Is it Chinese? Japanese? Korean? What is it made of? We only have H Mart here carrying some standard Chinese seasonings. Can’t read Japanese to see if Dashi appears in English on their section. Frustrating,

actually just made a variation of this for dinner with leftover soup stock and it was so good- add egg noodles, chicken bouillon, sesame oil, plenty of cilantro and green onion.
