I swear everyone made fun of me for liking it, telling me it was the crappiest terminator movie ever, but the more I rewatched it, the more I ended up liking it.

Yes. I just watched this again and yes it was shit hot. Liked it. Only thing I did notice which was a let down was the year it was set in. They said it was set in 2018. Ha ha well they messed up there. Should have said 2028 or 2038. We already past 2018

While this film as a lot of issues.
It’s a bit of a guilty pleasure for me. It’s the most unique Terminator sequel after T2 and you can tell there was passion put into this film.

When this first came out I thought eh it’s alright I guess as the years have gone by and due to the last two attempts sucking (genisys had it’s moments) I’ve come to really appreciate this one and have come a defender of it because it actually tried something different and not just rehash T1 and T2 again.

Be it marcus-blair part or Connor's sincere performance or Kyle Reese act,I simply loved it. Initially , understanding Marcus was a bit difficult,it was a new concept.

You didn't like it on release because you follow popular opinion and cannot think for yourself. You were a cool guy if you disliked this back then. I remember loving the idea of the future war, marcus was meh, Arnold look alike was ok. But the floodgates online and in crowds. Now people say its not bad.. now is too late. Dark fate and all the other 💩 happened.
