ОтветитьJust completed the second round and it’s over for me. These cardio workouts can really teach you how to withstand constant strain in the muscles.

Doing just ab exercises doesn't cut it for a 6 pack. If your nutrition isn't in place results aren't going to be compatible with one's expectations.

ОтветитьToday is the first day, that i managed to repeat this workout 2 times with HIS TEMPO, with 10 min rest in between.
My next target is to repeat 3 times this routine. The point realy is to repeat this routine 2 or 3 times to get better results.
The results are great.
Hater's can't realize that.
Doing this one time isn't enough as I don't get much time ??
