ОтветитьPho is such comfort food!!!! First time I had it was in Viet Nam. I went," Oh, baby, where have you been all my life?" And now, I experiment with making the 'roast the beef bones and boil for hours kind'. But, for the road, I have a jar of what I call Pho seasonings. Its' a quick fix. But to all who have not tried Pho...You don't know what you're missing!!!!

ОтветитьGuys if you dont have cheese cloth just cut the top off a tea bag, dump the tea, put in cloves and anise and staple back shut

Garnish: onion, scallions, Chile serrano, lime,
Spice bag: star anise, cloves, cinnamon
