This chart is fake and has zero data to back it up. There's no such thing as soft pity at 75, you will majority pull on 90 unless you are just lucky and hit that 6 percent.
There's no reason to single pull either, the odds reset upon 5 star acquisition within the same 10 roll.

So i saved my primos and i don’t know why something got on to me i wasted my primos in standard banner i got qiqi in 80 pulls which I already had and goddamn it i was very sad i wanted to quit the game but after that i had still two more pulls and i did one single got a 3star weapon and then I thought what will i do by saving so little primo just let me waste it i clicked a golden glow came from which came JEAN. I get not wanting to "waste" the wishes after you get your 5 star, if it was the only thing you really wanted for that banner, but why not single pull every time? It still builds pity, and has the same odds. Pulling one at a time gets you things you could potentially use now instead of waiting until you have enough for ten wishes.

14000 prime gems is basically equal to $200, calling it pity makes it seem like the corporation that created this game has a heart. $200 is not pity $200 dollars is a slap in the face to anyone who pays to play. Yeah it’s got amazing graphics, content, events, characters and activities, but the system isn’t built to satisfy the traveler, it’s to satisfy one’s greed. All the five star characters I’ve gotten aren’t even worth it and the one 5 star weapon is utter trash! So basically if a person wants that five star character with all the constellations they’re going to spend one thousand and two hundred dollars on average!

I have such bad luck that I have gotten to 89 pulls and I had not gotten any 5 stars

I did 80 didn't get zhongli

after 75* 10 pull.. did single pulls and then on pull 80* got me a 5 star...

after 78 pulls that felt like 90, i got mona instead of zhongli :((
