I'd just like to add my own grateful thanks to all the others! This was brilliantly clear and concise, and it was exactly what we needed. When I think of all the times I've wanted to slow down a "short" but been unable to do so, I only wish I'd found it before today! Thank you so very much, Web Whizz. 🙂

It seems this is for a pc, and not applicable to a macbook? I don't have a playlist. I'm a technically challenged senior, and wish to slow down shorts that are done on super speed. Thanks if anyone can help! 🙂

Thank you! I can't believe there's an answer! Wow! - It works on any playlst, too, it doesn't have to be Likes. You can just add it to a Playlist. Tho it's nice to like it too.

Thank you. I found out that the speed button will not appear if you only have Shorts on your liked playlist. You need at least 1 normal video too. 👍 On mobile.
