Ulquiorra had the most aura and power among the Espada he definitely should have been number 1

I thought ulqiorra said that aizen didn't know about the 2nd resurrection. Probably why he got the ranking 4.

Tbh at that point in time, Stark, Barrigan, Yammy, Halibel & Ulqiorra was all capable of putting the hands on ichigo. They would've mixed that boy up 1k times over without plot armour

Those of you saying that the ranking was a troll and Ulquiorra was the strongest because 1-3 didn't seem that strong, I would like to say that all Arrancars/Hollows are buffed in Hueco Mundo. So 1-3 were actually nerfed in Fake Karakura Town. The only debate would be if Ulquiorra and Harribel rankings should swapped because Ulquiorra second Resurreccion, but Baragon and Stark are far above him. Baragon literally needed to be killed with his own ability and Stark was so strong that he split into 2 entities.

What messes me up the most it's that we've never had another transformation that physical effected the world like that the man's reatsu felt like your being crushed by the Ocean when he release it the reatsu fell upon them like rain crazy shit for him to be number 4 like them other sorry ass espada was even about it like him

For those that don’t know “4” is literally considered a cursed number in Japan similar so what “13” is. Because it is extremely close to the character used for “death” so this creates this notion that it’s a “cursed number”. Some companies even go so far as skipping floor numbers so there is no fourth floor and similar other situations. This to me, says they Ulquiorra was actually the deadliest of all the espada. Remember the rankings are based on the amount of reiatsu they have, not their combat skills. It’s why yammy is technically 0 even he’s by far one of the worst combatants in the espada
