Converting DICOM to nifti in the web-browser

Example video of simple DICOM to nifti conversion with MedSeg on Linux using Chromium.

This should work on any operating system with a modern web-browser. Execution is local meaning this could be used for anonymization of potentially sensitive data. Currently it's only added to the prototype version of MedSeg found here: https://medsegproto.s3.amazonaws.com/index.html
