Don't be around your narcissistic exes. They will try to make you miserable again. They will love bomb you or they will treat you like crap whenever they can do to try to reel you back in whatever manipulation works. At the end of the day they just want to use you as a toy again for whatever they're feeling is at the time because they are giant messed up toddlers with a lot of demon mixed in. Basically they're monsters. And anybody who has loved a narcissist knows at least for most of us we still care about them in some ways but especially for those of us who have been abused even physically and have been put through so much trauma from them you literally have to heal and not be around them anymore ever again because they are absolutely toxic poison. They are messed up people who simply want to mess up everybody they encounter. But especially who's ever closest to them like a partner or children.

The best thing you can do as a narcissist is be really joyful and ignore them and not let anything they do offend you. Because that is what they feed on. Think of something somebody needs to survive like they need to eat. Narcissist live off your emotions. They want you mostly to be miserable and to be hurt. They want your high emotion so do not give it to them. You literally have to treat them like a special needs toddler but not with compassion. Some more so treat them like a special needs monster... Ignore them and they will go away and they will stop because once they don't get a reaction they will quit trying to use you as a tool and stop manipulating you. You literally have to act like they don't exist and have zero reaction or zero response to the things they do and you literally have to be very happy and joyful around them if you have to be around them because they absolutely can't stand that and they will run away.

I can't tell you how many times I've been told sorry and they didn't mean a lick of it they were just trying to use me again and get something they wanted. Never ever ever believe sorry is without actions and changing their ways. Do not believe sweet nothings.
