Unconscious Bias Test - Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace Training Clip

What if you have no unconscious biases? Or more specifically, what if you've become so tuned into your personal values, that you can immediately and consciously recognize your biases? Are they still considered "unconscious"?

My reaction was: don't care, what does it have to do about how people are in the everyday?!
