I wish I can kick like that
ОтветитьWow, he looks very flipper like with that drill. I'm hitting the pool in a few hours, so I'll try it
ОтветитьMore demo's.
ОтветитьReally really struggle with a continuous kick. Only got a dominant sided kick. I've a fairly decent 100m. Sometimes I wonder if it's even worth the extra effort to kick
ОтветитьI always try to point out my toes 😊
ОтветитьUfff i cant do that
ОтветитьSomebody please somebody explain what is actually going on here…you need to do equal kicks up and down? Thanks 😊
Ответить이거 광희가 잘하는거잖아
ОтветитьAllowing your knees to bend because of the water resistance is different to bending your knees on purpose...
ОтветитьThank you very much!
But if I do equal kicks, foots will be on air on the up kick. Where is bug?
Hahaha
ОтветитьEver tried also kicking in a little circle while doing this?
ОтветитьThe coach ask to do vertical back in the day, now I know why
ОтветитьAnd1
ОтветитьWhat I’m about to say might sound racist but I don’t intend in that way, but me watching someone white swim is like someone white watching someone black dunk. My body just isn’t made for that. I look like a cat in water 😂
ОтветитьGet a job
ОтветитьJust did this at the pool for good 10mins. I’m sore af. These next few days gona be hurting.
ОтветитьPeace! Not on your own strength but the strength of God please amen. God Bless 💖✝️ P.s. John 14:6 and Revelation chapter twenty-two please amen. Maranatha!
Ответить😢Couldn’t see the differences
ОтветитьI can’t see any differences between the right and wrong moves. Can someone explain to me please?
ОтветитьI sink. Is it bc I'm more muscle than fat?
ОтветитьThis looks tiring😢
ОтветитьYour writing in the videois hidden under all the icons and su scribe prompts cant read it.
ОтветитьI cannot tell the difference. It looks the same to me.
ОтветитьI don’t think this explains it very well. I’m struggling to see the exact difference between what’s wrong and what’s right. I can see that they’re different, but I can’t translate that into implementing a correct kicking motion.
ОтветитьGreat teaching!!
ОтветитьBeautiful guy
Ответитьalso from this drill you can pracitice butterfly pull, taht you fell really like you have butterfly wings on your back ;)
ОтветитьNice tutorial.
Great music. 😊
Please help how can I learn to thread water? Will you do a video?
ОтветитьWe had to have both thumbs out of the water. ☹️
ОтветитьWow how did he float effortless
Ответить
Ответитьthats why i barely moved when i was swimming, tysm for thiss
ОтветитьDang! I was on vacation last week, going to the beach every day, and I totally would have done this! 😂
ОтветитьHow can i train my glutes in water , i have muscle issue and cant do it outside with out getting the muscle to fast exhausted in water i can do better and longer performance then in gym
ОтветитьThanks for sharing. What’s the best place to learn how’s to do this.
Ответитьnice but there's no way I can see what I'm doing under water
ОтветитьThose are dancer feet for sure
ОтветитьI’ll try this next time I’m in the pool. Thank you for the advice & demonstrations. I had no idea why swimming was so hard. Now I know!
ОтветитьI see no difference 😂
Ответитьyou should kick only for rotating your body for breathing, not for propelling forward anyway
ОтветитьSo basically moonwalk to go faster, got it ✅
ОтветитьI always try to do this but somehow I sink into water. Pls help mee!!!
