As a pretty much fourteen year old struggling with home life and solitude, this was an important video for me to watch. I can't go out for prayer walks due to my home life and where I am however I can wake up early and go sit in the garden and pray and I think that's enough for me. I'm so glad I was saved, man. Praise the Lord

This video was super helpful thank you Ashley! You literally hit all of the goals I've been struggling to become more disciplined in: spending more time with God, working out and waking up early (and amongst other things lol). I've been struggling on how to make it all fit, especially in the mornings. But thank you for bringing the realistic pov to it, you can't do everything. Prioritizing is key! I want to wake up earlier so I can take more advantage of my days and ease more into my day and not feel rushed when I'm going to start work. Discipline was my word for 2023 and I'll definitely be carrying that into 2024.

Can someone tell me how I should live my life

I’m a teenager who never knew a lot about god or Jesus and didn’t know what a Bible was but I did grow up with prayer’s to him. Thank you Ashley for helping me with my journey to being closer with God…🫶🏽

I dont need self control nor discipline

so Last night i was talking to my mom and then i read in Psalms with my mom last night she told me all of this stuff and i really felt like my mom was Discipling me which i am fine with that because you know that’s how the holy spirit does for us so that we can get better and turn from that mistake but i felt so bad because it seemed like she was just yelling at me and she was very upset with me last night so i went to sleep so upset very sad like i wanted to cry so bad but This Morning The Holy Spirit told me that i am his i do not need to be afraid because i am his either way i got Baptised on February 7 2021 and so i continue to tell the Holy Spirit how much i love him and i know he loves me way more than i could ever imagine but i was very sad and upset last night can any one pray for me and maybe tell me some stuff to get better on because like last week my mom told me that i said something really bad and then on Wednesday at Church my friends were cussing at church which that’s not the nicest thing to do but that’s not my Job to judge there is only one judge and that’s God the father and i still feel bad about what i did i just walked off and ate my food and i felt horrible and then i called my mom and she told me i can’t do that and i got really scared she would yell at me even a little bit more Well it’s ok you know The Holy Spirit loves me so so so so much As well he loves all of you soooooooooooooooooooooo muchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh GOD BLESS YOU ALL(:

Sometimes i wake up at 6:00AM, but it's always dark outside, and i share my room, so i can't turn on the light to read my bible instead im reading it in my phone and i dont wanna read in my phone i rather read it in the real book .

Personally i dont understand how people can go throught life without Jesus his presence is something you will never have enough of the joy and peace you feel being with Jesus nothing or no one in this world can give it. I love me some Jesus he all that i have in this evil world and i am not letting go of him❤❤❤❤

Exactly!!! smth am doing now is to stop banking on my feelings', like 4 example I was in the middle of a final proyect in group of my Institute and got a notification of reading a chapter of the bible cos I have an app, well that actually is in spanish cos Im from peru tho, but I felt like a discussion between me and what I knew I had to do, like Should I open my Bible App even tho its on my phone or keep scrolling,??!!!" and this is so funny cos smt when I wanna read the bible, I suddenly say "UUUUHH, How about doing another activity?? like your homework" like MAN I didnt even want to do my homework seconds agooo!!!! C'MONNN!!! But am workin on that, may the Lord wants it, moving to America in 2025 so i'd like to go in better conditions and more disciplined in the Lord!!! and this channel is doing it easier 4me!!! may the Lord bless y'all in your discipline, Amen!!!

Guys i had an experience were i alsmost spoke in tounges and when i did it i realized that my mouth was moving on its own and i got scared , does anybkdy have any tips

I’m a Psa and I work 7 twelve hour shifts most of the time. Sometimes less but 12 regardless. It messes up my day so I sleep until 1 on my days on work but off I sleep until 10. When I was younger my grandparents would have us sleep at 7 then wake up for school at 6. So 11 hours. I’ve gone from sleeping 11 hours to being up 12 hours sleeping for 6 and doing nothing but sit on my phone so I can “feel”like I’m doing something before going into work at 7 once again. I need help but my mom needs help paying bills so I can’t slack off. I don’t know what to do. I keep having the mind and words to do better but I guess it’s a heart thing. I feel hopeless

I’ve had aura migraines since 12 years old. Society has taught me to keep it on the down-low. The most debilitating part is not being able to see for awhile and it affecting my speech and clarity. I’m blessed to have discovered my triggers though and can avoid them without too much hastle. My triggers are fasting (even if I’m drinking plenty of water, stress, neck misalignment (so I do yoga to combat and professional massage when needed), too much sugar, and sometimes red wine. Hope this helps someone

just one note... refering to 2 Tim... since when does sound mind mean discipline? I honestly am so grieved when the Word is changed and i know its not you, but the NIV but still. If we are teaching from the bible, we should try to preserve the original meaning of the bible. The bible does speak of discipline, but this is not the verse.
I can have a sound mind - but not have discipline.. they are contextually different

Today is day 4 of waking up before work and getting on my exercise bike. I've been reading the Bible online at work. It helps boost me and I have more patience for my colleagues ❤
