How to Setup CTGP-R on Wii (Homebrew + No Homebrew)

its not working for me and i did all the steps and there is no homebrew channel and no letter bomb

hey i have a question its possible to install ctgp revolution from the ctgp-r channel without a disc of mkw
or from the ctgpr channel update the game bc i have an older version of ctgp-r without the disc of mkw

couple takeaways-
(this is with homebrew)
you need a SD card, preferably 16 gb
you can only use SDHD SD cards (maximum is up to 32 gb)
MAKE SURE you do EVERYTHING he does
you NEED a mario kart wii disc for it to work
it took me a couple hours to get it working, so keep trying!

Hi, I downloaded CTGP-R Revolution on via Homebrew, the problem is that I used a pendrive and I don't have an SD Card, I opened "CTGP-R Channel" and it says "Please insert an SD card" but until when I don't put in an SD card I can't do anything, so I can't turn off the Wii, what should I do?

With the no homebrew method do you need to launch CTGP-R through the bomb folder from the message board every time or just once to set it up

Does Ctgp give you the rii evolution folder from the beginning or do you have to get rii evolution by installing it

Can anyone help? I’m always getting this error on ctgpr ‘disc read error retrying’ I try to launch the game and it just keeps looping. I don’t know what the problem is. Plz help someone

I did the homebrew method and it showed up on the home brew channel and it just brought me to a black screen with nothing on it also I’m new to homebrew

Is a way to play this without a Disc?
I use gpxloader and have wii Mario Kart installed.

Or must i have the original Disc only for install the mod?

omg it worked! man i thought it would break my wii or freeze (thats what other people were saying) but i risked it and im so glad i did as it worked!

Does this overwrite Vanilla Mario kart wii? like if I install this Can I not play regular MK Wii? I know that there is a seperate channel but does it overwrite the base game?
