Never had any glitches in either game, were most of these from the pc version?

i have like 200 hours of tlou1 & 2 never encountered any glitch in my case...

I have played these games numerous times and I have never gotten a moment like these. It’s always been a smooth play through lol.

Me and my daudhter played this great game at ps3, ps4 and ps4pro, but i have never seen bugs like at this video. Maybe these bugs are olny at personal computer?
