- Day 26: I'm really proud of myself that I pushed through set 1 and set 3. But man, my wrists are so sensible today, they hurt a lot during set 2 so I needed a lot of longer breaks to manage the exercises. And maybe I did one before rocking plank as well as I was already in the habit of taking breaks. xD
Anyway, I managed to do all five workouts from today! Insane!
is it okay if i did this once a week?

Day One: HOLY CRAP MY ARMS HURT AND I AM SO SWEATY. I did NOT realize I was this out of shape DAMN. I'll update as I go.
Day Two: I woke up and my arms hurt. I don't have a mat, so I'm not able to do more than 5-6 pushups and whatnot, but I feel great.
Day Three: This sucks. My arms hurt so bad. I'm only able to do about 10 minutes of the workout so far. But I'm getting there.
Day Four: Only had time for the beginning of the workout :( But my arms are already feeling stronger.

ОтветитьDay 1: I have fibro and this was so painfu, my arms started cramping I only could make it to 2.39 I will try to do longer tomorrow.

ОтветитьI started this movement on May 21 and I plan to continue until June 21, I will note my experiences here 💕✨:
1 day : I had to take a 3 5 second break from some movements because my arms were aching so much but I completed them all. ✅💓

ОтветитьStarting for the 3rd time to lose a bit of arm fat
And my left arm measurement it 15 inches and my right is 14.5 inches like.. already did 3 times since started we'll keep you all updated in a week in sha Allah
Done with one week and both my arms are 14 inches
Lost 1 inch in left arm and half a inch in right arm excited to do the rest of the two weeks as well
2nd week took some rest days as I had a neck sprain but continued after and now both my arms measure 13.5 inches lost 1.5 inches in the left arm and one inch in the right arm by the end of 2nd week
Day 3 today , honestly gets easier guys keep going
Day 6 gets easier guys can feel arms gettinf more toned

ОтветитьI’m on day 17 and I still find this hard 😅 especially around the t push-up my arms start to find it really hard and I often have to do the easier version for an excercise or two. However, I have been becoming stronger and while I still cant do this video perfectly, I have improved- I only put my arms down once in the last set, whereas when I first started they seemed to be down more than they were up lol. I have also managed to do it with no breaks.
I’ve also seen a visible difference in my arms, have noticed my strength increase and can feel the muscles when I moisturise.

1 день ✅️ это пиzдец на этом точка..рука будет гореть так, что вы не сможете на утро поднять
2 день ✅️ терпимо, чем вчера, мне хочется все больше и больше тратить время, такое ощущение что руки не худеют, хочу чтобы горели чтобы на утро не могла поднять совсем ахахаха. Короче советую эффект даст
3 день✅️ вижу изменения чуть-чуть.Эффект есть девочки, если в день будете по 3 раза повторять и делать каждый день без остановки, то реально даст эффект, главное не останавливайтесь, потом будет очень легко, don't give up girls❤
4 день✅️ сегодня было лень, но я сделала это, честно уже надоело, жду не дождусь изменений, руки кстати болят, когда поднимаю или что-то делаю, ещё я заметила что правая рука стала меньше, чем левая странно конечно
5 день✅️ снова пиzdec, я не чувствую рук + нашла ещё одно видео где 45миллион просмотров я и это сделала, короче девочки готовимся к лету не ленимся!Эффект есть, короче было 35см верхняя часть вот ближе к плечам, а теперь стало 30см, а чуть ниже ближе локтевой ямке стало 27см
6 день✅️ проснулась от жутких болях во всем теле, особенно жутко болело плечо и руки, но я не остановлюсь, сегодня сделала 3 раза и боль прошла😂
7 день✅️ сегодня было так лень делать, ещё две недели и всё
8 день✅️ сделала
9 дееь✅️ эти два дня для меня были капец сложным, было лень
10 день✅️ я просто жду уже конец этого челленджа🥹
