Many contemporary companies are

perceiving their duties as rather bland
and repetitive, employees not getting
paid the wage which they so rightfully
deserve, or even employees being
treated maliciously on the job. These
factors greatly influence whether or not
an employee is satisfied with their work-
life. If companies wish reduce
employees leaving their jobs, they
should opt to give them the right and
wages entitled to them, treat them well
and provide them with a sense of
comfort during work hours, and
delegate to them more interesting tasks
in order to make their work experience
more vivid and interesting.

Workers consider resigning from their
jobs due to many factors. Some may be
frustrated of being underpaid, while
others may lose meaning in their work.
This hints at how employee motivation
has a great influence on whether or not
employees enjoy the work they are
given.

Companies can implement various
forms of change to persuade their
workers to stay dedicated. Company
managers could implement specific
days designated to employees' mental
health; which may positively impact ar
employee's sense of belonging
Workers could also be given days off of
work to gain an opportunity to
rejuvenate and take a break. This may
greatly strengthen their efficiency and
work ethic.

I believe changing jobs from one
company to another may make a
person's work less redundant, which
may promote a higher sense of
motivation whilst working.

mam, I have a question relating to the listening and reading test. In real test exams, I wanted to write all the words in the capital but all of a sudden a curiosity spun in my head about Roman numbers and mcq questions. If I get something like these, i, ii, iii, or a, b, c, - can I write these things in capitals or do I have to keep them as they are?? In short, Should I only write words in the capital except for options?

The only reason i struggled in writing was because i had less practice and the reason of leas practice was because there was no one to check my attempts. Anyways really appreciate these videos.
