Panasonic LUMIX DMC-G85 Post Focus Stacking

Post Focus Stacking seems to be the most difficult topic for any video creator to clearly explain, beginning to end, when to use, what it does, and this video is no exception, I feel still not completely and clearly explained, it'll have to come down to just trial and error.

Is this a result of a true DOF or just an optical enhancements? I just got my G85 and haven't explore the settings yet.

Is there a limit is shutter speed for stacking? I.e. In macro photography taking a stacking of insects so we need a fast shutter...

Is there a way to get Focus Stacking at full resolution and RAW instead of 4k photo?
