Hello sir,

After 23 March .. When I am able  to trade , means on which date, the remaining shares of TCS which might not accepted by Company...  ?

I.e. the date on which my shares are free to trade which I have applied for buyback

And the date on which i will receive payment for shares accepted

If you are holding shares worth less than 2lakh on Record date, then you will be eligible for buyback. The highest volume closing price on NSE or BSE is taken as reference for calculating 2 Lakh condition. So the exact number of shares one can hold to avail the benefits of retail investor category is 200000/closing price on record date. ie. 23 rd February.
Please correct me if I am wrong 🙏

I have purchased 45 shares instead of 44. Have to sell one shares or continue to hold
