Cyberpunk Legendary Breakthrough Location (Where to Find Crafting Spec Best Tech Sniper Rifle Weapon

If you put the person in the dump bin. Would you still get the crafting spec?. I dont seem to have the spec and already completed that mission

Tip: Craft your purples a lot before crafting them to Legendary, it makes a differemce.

"Piez" because they sell pies, the "z" is just a marketing thing.

Just a quick note; this rifle will spawn with various specs, sometimes really good, sometimes crap, so you need to play around with your crafting to try and get good rolls. It took me a while to get one I wanted, because you'll get more/less headshot multipliers, sometimes no charge bonus, crit chance, crit damage, or both, etc. The specs for yours in the video were pretty good actually so that was a lucky roll.
