This video has some good points. However I don't recommend anyone read the EasyPeasy method. The author has a fundamental misunderstanding of how psychology works and the book is inherently biased, to the extent that it tells you to ignore mainstream medical advice. It does nothing to address why people use porn in the first place. It simply creates an us vs them mentality, which isn't helpful in addressing the addiction.

Instead I strongly recommend people who are struggling with porn to read the Burgeon Book, a different ebook. It's a book with a philosophical basis and it does a far better job of addressing problematic porn use. The book helped me develop critical thinking skills and it has given me a much better understanding of my masculinity and how I experience intimacy.
