I play on Exponential and the hole thing of putting more effort into pushing your sticks, way be just a mind trick because I’ve played on both linear and exponential and the same effort I push my sticks with on linear, it’s the same with exponential. I feel like that whole thing is a mind trick just because your sensitivity starts off slow and then goes fast.

6 months later and I'm here to tell you to try the ads and turning boost at like 5-8 percent. This gives that fluid movement like linear with some much stiffer control.

Cole, you should do a video where you just crank or free build in creative and explain how you feel or play differently comparing from linear to expo, if that makes sense.

Expo 50 50 5 dz

The high effort on expo can be reduced by raising the sens. When I was on linear, I also played 42/42, and I was on 9/9 ads and 1.9 build/edit.
On expo I play 60/60, 14/14 ads, and 1.6 build and 1.3 edit.
The issue with low sens expo is that you have to move the stick so much (because it’s so slow within the first half of the stick), that you often get to the part of the curve where it starts moving really fast which messes up your aim.
But with higher sens expo, you don’t have to move the stick as much. So it’s much more natural end effortless like with linear. In fact I prefer to play on 70/70, 1.4 build, 1.1 edit. But because there’s no aim assist for the mk7 and stinger, I lowered to 60/60.
Hopefully that all makes sense. Give it a go it should help a lot

Wish they would bring the tactical shotgun back. Last season the pump was too slow at shooting and the combat shotgun was garbage.

I’ve tried expo, but like you said, it’s too much physical effort imo, opposed to how easy linear feels
