ОтветитьIt would be great if you could pick ppl with the 3 different body types, then show which exercises would work for that certain body type. Maybe show from beginning of program and show results after 6 weeks. Also thank you for showing macro nutrition

Ive been doing it once a week as Chi has advised, not everyday which won't really produce gains, I guess because the body would get use to it. Also wanted to let you both know how much I enjoyed your videos, they are fun relaxing down-to-earth, and honest - thanks for all the efforts.

ОтветитьAre beans a good source of protein that'll help to increase hips & thighs without adding fat to the stomach?
FTR , soya, the beans which seem to have the most protein, aggravates my hyperpigmentation, so I try to limit this as well.
My protein intake has always been an issue for me. I eat mostly chicken (breast & wings) but eat red meat less often.
I don't like milk, but like cheese & other dairy. However, all dairy gives me spots, makes me itch & is mucous forming. And I don't like goat's or sheep's milk or milk products.
Lastly, I'm looking for actual food sources with a lot of protein as I already use several supplements.
And just in case you've bought into the recent hype, insects are NOT an option for me!! 🐜🦗🦟🍽 🤢 🤣
I’m really happy you guys did this! I’m not good at eating big meals and when other videos do “small meals”, they are like 5 servings per sitting 😭 I struggle just to get 2000 calories a day and most high calorie foods are really processed and fast food. this looks actually enjoyable and manageable to do so thanks for showing the more realistic side of a weight gain routine/journey 💕
