Such a badass genius moment, damn. At the same time I have to sort of laugh at how Lelouch told Suzaku to come in as soon as he heard him scream lol. Like holy shit this dude even predicted how he'd react to Nunnaly's "death". I mean okay so of course he'd know how he himself would react to thinking Nunnally was dead but at the same time idk, what if Lelouch had been wrong and instead of screaming he leapt at the scale or simply fell to his knees in stunned silence or what if Mao had chosen to spare Nunnally and not throw that last chess piece? Kinda embarrassing too, poor Lelouch, purposely allowing himself to be vulnerable and look weak before Mao and Suzaku. And yet he was willing to do all this just to protect his little sister, Nunnally. 🥲

Absolute 300+ IQ…. First off Lelouch not only came up with this plan by geassing himself so mao doesn’t find out (he basically out smarted A LITERAL MIND READER) but he also figured out which line to cut to deactivate a LITERAL BOMB meaning he would be some sort of genius in those lines of work if he can deduce out of no where which line to cut. 3rd of even while he had geassed himself just by suzaku saying (u told me to do it) he deduced down that moment that he himself (keep in mind this while he erased that part of his memory) he geassed himself so not only did he come up with all this but he also deduced he did while he forgot it completely ☠️☠️☠️.

fun fact: they added a lot of scenes in the anime that weren't in the manga. they added the robots, they added new characters, they even added scenario and that was a good choice.
This scene didn't even exists in the manga because Mao died in his second appearance
