The PL is definitely a money-spinner for the Broadcaster, the PDC and of course, the Players. Do you think a second comp, running mid-week, would bring the same results? A "PL2" or a "Super League" (Every other sport has a Super League comp of some sort). Look at the players who were NOT selected for the PL; Dobes, Ferret, Joe-Boy Cullen, Ross Smith, Chizz, D Van D, Danny the Nopp and maybe Wadey, Gilders, Dimmy, The Rock, Bunta or The Heat???? All of these blokes would make for an entertaining evening of Darts on the Telly. Or do you think a second League of Darts would be too much for the viewing public???? (I'd be watching it for certain)

Everybody knows that Wright is off his peakshape and has been playing like 80s every match for months. Still he is in PL. I think he might not win a single match in PL during whole season.

Why are there no rules of conduct for the audience? Whistles and boos against the players, everything is completely normal at the PDC! This should be seen in snooker and then all hell would break loose! Both sports require a high degree of concentration and that must be respected by the audience! and anyone who can't behave has to go! However, the problem was also promoted a little by the PDC thanks to beer and costumes, it became a circus all just for more money!

In my opinion we shouldn't be booing excessively. I don't really agree with booing players anyway. There's no place for heightened noise especially whistling at crucial moments like finishing on a double. It's absolutely disgraceful. A lot of the people who come to watch don't really watch. It's a waste of a ticket. Disgraceful!

Smith is an absolute joy to watch.
