Great workout, but the music was TOO overkill and distracting. Perhaps more instrumental or ambient sounds, instead??

I came back to this one. It was good
I warmed up my abs by myself before I started. Round three...uff. I couldn't last the full 45 minutes for some of them. It's a good one. Can keep coming back to this. Killer abs for sure through this

Maybe my core is too strong but it did nothing to me really :/ The yoga stretching at the end felt great tho

Unfortunately, I really didn't like this one. Very repetitive and my neck hurts a lot. Coming from the low impact schedule, I had to substitute this video with another workout mid way as there was so much discomfort in my neck and upper back 😢

Goodie! I bit repetitious (I get bored easily) maybe some combinations to help the 40 sec go by quicker 😅 but always solid Heather!

This workout's title today was very appropriate...KILLER. also had to take a few breaks...but you kept boogying along...not a sign of weakness showing! :) you're the best and a gifted leader for us followers

Ok so there's clearly a cool down session but no warm up. Heather, I think u should spend atleast five minutes on a quick warm up before this intense session. It was gooooood no doubt. Felt the burn. 😅
