I warmed up my abs by myself before I started. Round three...uff. I couldn't last the full 45 minutes for some of them. It's a good one. Can keep coming back to this. Killer abs for sure through this

Unfortunately, I really didn't like this one. Very repetitive and my neck hurts a lot. Coming from the low impact schedule, I had to substitute this video with another workout mid way as there was so much discomfort in my neck and upper back 😢

ОтветитьOk so there's clearly a cool down session but no warm up. Heather, I think u should spend atleast five minutes on a quick warm up before this intense session. It was gooooood no doubt. Felt the burn. 😅
