Well done Nashema on achievements thus far. I will be building on my own so apart fro saving on not taking a rental car when I’m there I don’t see how else I can save some money on the build. I will be using a contractor. I will where possible do some labouring, but my productivity will be low as disability slows me down🙁. I’ll be building slowly for 12-15 years from pocket too😞. 👊🏾🇬🇧🇯🇲
Ответить@ Hayjamdan TV 📺 I agree 👍 one one coco full up de baskets 🧺 🤩
ОтветитьMaking the dream a reality love it🤩
ОтветитьTeam work make the dream work love ❤️ it
ОтветитьYou are not just young and wise but you are a great mother and hard working. God bless you always and be careful with the dusk getting into their little lungs when they play.
ОтветитьTeam work make the dream work for sure. Love how the children are involve . Nuff respect 🙏
ОтветитьHaving some savings set aside is good or even buy up material put down til your ready to build. I saved up for couple years but when I was ready to build the material cost went up so high it took up most of the funds I wanted to use to pay the work men. But trust God and do not procrastinate just go ahead and do what you have to do and everything will fall into place. I see the kids just love to help out 😆
Ответитьdem a put in some serious work...
ОтветитьSo proud of you. Living in Canada myself and contemplating building in Jamaica you are indeed a motivation to me. I just love how real you and how you don't filter out the struggles as you embark on this journey. Big up mama! Nuff respect to your kids, this house will be a special place for generations and a great table talk for the many Christmas and Holiday celebrations you will enjoy in this home. God bless 🙌 🙏
ОтветитьLooking good hun, I am building out of pocket as well I don't want a loan I prefer to take baby steps and do little at a time . I am super proud of my process within a year. If it take 5 years then that's what it takes but I will not get a loan . The hard Work and sacrifice is well worth it 👌
ОтветитьThat’s my kind of story never take they easy way out . They hardest way is always best . Keep going they green family we r behind u all ✊🏽✊🏽
ОтветитьYou are blessed with the ability to have your kids involved in the process and learn a valuable life lesson
I agree with you on not taking a loan route and using the same pay as you go method

ОтветитьBeautiful inspirational family. Thank you for your transparency even though this is the first video of yours I've watched. I'll definitely be going through all of them to get more knowledge and understanding of the process. 💜

ОтветитьI'm currently building my home also. Sorry I didn't come across your channel before. I'd have gotten more tips to go forward. I've recently done the slab to my kitchen and living room roofs. I work very hard to help cut costs too. It was yesterday I first learnt of electrical points.
I'll keep watching.
