How do I get rid of someone else’s Apple ID on my Mac? Factory Reset without using Apple ID password

I bought my mac pre owned and the previous owner cleaned all (like i had to set up everything, language … exactly like brand new) even though i had the same issue with his appleid… how’s that possible? Maybe the password previously used can accept mine or just his?

Ok but how to erase it when I do not know the device password as I got the computer from other employee who was logged in with his apple id and there is no way to get the password.

It didn't work as it is still asking for th previous apple id. I tried fo erase everything and it didn't work. When i thought i got to the part where it cleared everything it showed me to connect to Internet and after it took about 13 minutes then it came to the part to enter the old apple id that i didn't know.

But months later I reset using start up disk utility and now after internet recovery it ask for activation look email and password but I don’t get that option after I erase …
