4K HDMI Splitter 1 in 2 Out (Specs & Instructions) HD8186

Can anyone help?? I've got this sort of set up, but, the 2 TVs are in a different room so not necessarily both running the same hdmi. However if either 1 of the TVs input source is changed, say to PC or to AV then the output to the other TV goes off.
Any ideas???

Nice one. Can I use one of the HDMI outs on the splitter to connect to my audio system (Onkyo TX-SR-313) for sound, while the other HDMI out connects to my 4K TV? Input will be my PS4 Pro or Mac.

Can I use it to connect my ps3 to this device and then output the image signal to the screen of my pc? If this was possible I could then record my gameplay footage on my pc.... That would be awesome

I need to have my ps5 with 2 hdmi outs. It also needs to be able to pass through atmos sound to my avr and send video at 4k hdr 60fps to my tv will this do it?
