How to Install cPanel WHM on CentOs 7

Hello Darren,
I was installing cpanel yesterday but it failed. is it possible to restart the installation? if yes, please help with the command thanks.

I cant install it because it says I'm running CentOS on level 5 and that i need to run it at level3. How do i can solved it? I runned it at level 3 but it eliminated the GUI. I'm a begginer with Linux, so the terminal scares me a little.

Can I use local valid DNS server resolver for testing .........
Do i Need to purchase Domain Name..? for testing locallly
Do i need Public IP ..... for testing locally

it installed but when i restarted the machine it has no internet i think because netwotk manager was disabled help!
