Fix D3D11.dll Missing Ready or Not Error | Simple Fix

@TroubleChute Basics But what if it already says that a newer/equivalent is already installed? How do i fix the error talked about in the video based on what I've said here?

Mine says it failed to download the directX setup please try again later or check your internet connection

It declared that it was already downloaded, however when i tried to open Ready or Not, i recived the same Error as before. I was able to play it before, however i Upgraded my GPU, any toughts on what is wrong?
