So a nine month old baby can open a door close it back and crawl out to the middle of the street and it took you so long to realize your child is not in the house

I literally wonder, does the mother really drop the baby on that exact location of the street??? or somebody did that to the baby w/o the knowledge of the mother to frame her up to loose custody of the child....based on the video the baby's struggle on that place is pretty long seen on her fluids on the street flooring
