ОтветитьThis looks so delicious. Before I try making this cake I wanted to know if macerating the strawberries would mess up the cream. Asking just in case the strawberries I buy turn out to be too sour. Can’t wait to make this!

ОтветитьWhat is the reason for the cake sinking in the middle? I've made this a few times and it tastes amazing. The only thing that bothers me is that even after flipping upside down to cool, the center sinks so when I cut the cake in 3 layers, 1 of the layers end of becoming more sunken than the rest. What could be the reason for this?
