ОтветитьDay 14 (27/10/24) ✅ - week two milestone! I feel like stretching is naturally a part of my routine now, if I haven't done it in the morning I feel a bit antsy throughout the day. I've realised it provides instant relief physically and mentally for me now. I'm exploring adding additional stretching beyond this routine, but keeping this here as a foundation.

Day 7 (20/10/24) ✅ - week 1 completed! I'm mid 20s and really wanted a daily stretching routine as I haven't been doing any stretching at all. I wanted to make it a habit as my hips feel tight and my back is also tense from my office job where I sit all day. In my experience, this video is perfect to create a daily routine at the start or the end of your day. A week in, I feel so much better after completing this stretching video, I feel heaps more relaxed, and I'm feeling less tension in my hips already and generally feel more fluid in my motions if that makes sense!

This stretch routine really helps! In one day, I couldn’t even touch my toes! But after this workout I could even touch the floor!🎉

ОтветитьHave been doing this stretching for about 2 months now almost everyday after my morning workout and I feel amazing! Playing golf really gets me tense so being able to loosen in the morning to start my day is great!

ОтветитьChallenge done! Today is day 32 of doing these stretches, it has become such a habit that I didn't realize I completed the challenge. I feel great! My flexibility has improved and my lower back pain is gone which is pretty amazing. That hamstring stretch was such a pain at first but now I am better at doing it and I even enjoy it 😄.I will definitely continue doing these and other stretches, my body feels so good. Ответитьthanks for making this. for the hamstring stretch, i can't straighten my legs fully while keeping my torso close to my quads as i feel a lot of tightness in the hamstrings as i try to. do you know if i keep doing this stretch will i be able to eventually straighten them like you do or can you suggest any other stretches to supplement hamstring flexibility for this move?

ОтветитьWhile I'm not doing the 30 day challenge I do use this video as my reset video if I fall out of my daily yoga/stretch routine. It's definitely a nice start to get me going again :)
