How to setup a #WhatsMiner

the IP scan doesn't work for me

I have a question, once the miners have been configured via whatsminer tool, is it then necessary to go to the miner options via their ip apresse if the tool is enough to configure them? my second question is about the start and end ip, is it really my two dhcp addresses, start / end of my router? thanks in advance
