Wonderful, another social media platform that will cater to the far left and censor and bully anyone with opposing views.

Another website that does what Twitter does but better was bound to come along, I just don't know if it's such a good idea for it being Facebook/Meta...

In less than a week Threads has achieved 50% the active userbase of Twitter. Interesting.
I wonder if Twitter will be the new Gab/Parler/Rumble/Truth Social/yada yada.

lol, many bots on threads? I don't know why anyone would use it. Legacy media and any establishment narrative is falling apart right now. These people will be lucky if they don't end up in work camps or worse by the end of all this nonsense.

LOL, the sheep following the herd. Let the biased censorship continue and still hear from the left that the right are the ones killing democracy. It's clear we're headed for a socialist society completely ignoring the massive amounts of proof from history that it doesn't work.

Yet more Musk Derangement Syndrome from the "news" media.

How much did Meta and Zuckerberg pay you for this advertising pretending to be a news report, Global "News"?

‘Friendly’ Threads app already censoring posts, to the surprise of nobody. Also creepy alien posing as a human snooping on users and selling all their user data, while cooperating with government demands to censor embarrassing subjects.

Did the Liberals threaten to cut off Global from taxpayer funding if you don't disparage Twitter, or are you desperately clutching at straws to get your corrupted legacy media dinosaur off of life support. Canadian legacy media have long ago betrayed any journalistic ethics they may or may not have formerly held. Shame on all of you.

The coordinated effort of mainstream media to push threads is both weird and interesting.

They despise Twitter and want threads to win because leftistmare disgruntled by the fact musk won't outright censor conservatives like Zuckerberg does instantly.

I heard on the radio, you CANNOT DELETE 'THREADS', if you have Instagram account, unless you close that account. It seems like FB found new way to keep control over your device. I won't be surprised if new edition of the Android system will have THREADS module build-in, just like now has FB module build-in. And just to be clear, I am not talking about the preinstalled app you can delete. If you look deeper, you will see a permanent FB module which stays on your phone even if you delete FB app. This was one of my reasons to stop using Android. No, I am not using iPhone either. There are other options available.
