Cool - it is 99% the same roll my husband loves doing! ❤️

Here is my better recipe:

1: let chicken come to room temperature (30 minutes to an hour or more)

2. flatten chicken breast.
2: salt and whatever spice you want on each side.
3: get pan on high heat. Has to be hot. Cook 4 minutes one side. 4 minutes the next side.
4: remove chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes atleast.
5: wrap. Sauce of your choice (i go mayo plus whatever sauce). Cut chicken however you wish. Add salad if you want
