I had a strict dad who wouldn’t buy me M rated games as a kid, but I always played the good ones at my cousins’ houses. I remember begging to get the GOW red PSP and my dad taking a year to finally say yes (with the condition he kept the game and movie that came with it due to ratings). I downloaded the demos for both Chains of Olympus to get around this restriction and I also ended up downloading the demo for Resistance: Retribution and it quickly became my favorite game. I played nothing but those 2 demos for MONTHS.

Resistance is my childhood i played and completed all 5 games Including the psp ones . Im releived the series is moving on as in 2020 insomniac said they wont be moving on with the series but now its changed im so excited

I loved the Resistance series - and I am sad that there is no sequel on PS4.
Guess its like waiting for Half Life 3.

I played the first 2 resistance games but the 1st one “Resistance Fall of Man” is a Classic 💯

Resistance 2 online use to be my life, every day after school I'd fire up R2 and grind out hours and hours of online PVE and PVP... The class system in R2 online was AMAZING, the fact you could play a tank or support in a fps was so fckin fun!

Resistance 2 is the game that made me look at my 360 after it's second case of red rings and go "I don't even wanna get this fixed again, I'm good with my ps3." R2 made me drop Halo 1, 2 & 3, it made me drop Forza, it made me drop Xbox as a brand.

Sony is honestly sleeping on alot of their best IP, if Resistance and Kill Zone got half the love that God of War dose Microsoft getting CoD as an exclusive wouldn't even matter. Activizion/Blizzard as a studio is tired and washed up anyways.
