This Didn’t Work At All!! It Said “No Valid Source Found”
ОтветитьWell done, sir. Thank you. Thumbs up!
ОтветитьThis "tutorial" is the equivalent of a person teaching 90 year olds how to move the mouse cursor.
ОтветитьSome of my files became even larger after conversion.
ОтветитьThis tutorial saved my project, and I love your energy! Thank you so much!
ОтветитьI would have appreciated knowing up front that you are going to put a watermark on the video. Trust is important even on the internet.
ОтветитьI am just learning how to use Handbreak. I got a message saying Errors detected whist trying to read source. What do I do?
ОтветитьI like taking my BluRay rips and running them through Handbrake at high settings for 720p. I can’t tell the difference, and almost all of the people watching films with me can’t either. They also play back smoother on Plex over the network.
Looks just fine on my 4k TV.
The tutorial is what I needed. Saved me a ton of work. Thanks you sir.
ОтветитьIf anyone's looking for an actual tutorial related to the title, look elsewhere. This is a very cursory beginner's Handbrake overview with very little attention paid to the title's promises. Let me save you some time, he says to make the video smaller with the preset tab. Right on the front page, what everybody sees and adjusts for every video.
Thank you for costing me so many minutes when I just really need a serious solution for this problem. Why is it that anyone who's used handbrake a few times thinks they can be an authority on the subject? I've been using it for YEARS, and I would NEVER presume to think I could teach anyone anything about it. Dude. Change the title.
thanks for the tutorial.. greetings from PAKSITAN.. well want to ask that if it reduced the video size to 88 so is it a good size to repeat the process to make it more reduced??
ОтветитьThis is a great program and a nice tutorial. I was looking for a program like this for a while.
ОтветитьThanks. I am ripping my 3D Blu-Rays for watching in goggles. Handbreak does the job after ripping and does it quickly.
ОтветитьVersion 1.6? Ihave 1.3. Time to update.
Ответитьthis didnt work for me it still has the same size
ОтветитьThank you!
ОтветитьThis doesn't need to be a 12 minutes long video.
Ответитьhey Jamie, thank you for this great demonstration.
I have trouble compressing a 15 mins video (3 GB), it requires more than an hour and 20 minutes, is that normal?
You rock. I've been searching for something like this for a long time!
Ответитьi get an error opening .avi video
ОтветитьI went to the App Store on my MacBook Pro, but I couldn't find HandBrake. Any suggestions?
ОтветитьThanks! Hugs from a videomaker from Brazi!
ОтветитьWait, what? Going from 4K to 1080 is absolutely losing quality! Maybe 1080 is all you need for the device you want to watch it on, which is fine, but don't say you're not losing anything. I used to use handbrake to shrink some videos down to 480 to watch them on my phone, because the small screen didn't need them any bigger than that, and it saved a ton of storage space. But I would never try to watch those 480s on my PC or TV where I have a much bigger screen, because they just can't compete against the full 1080. It's literally the difference between a DVD (480) and a BluRay (1080) .
What you ought to be explaining here is how to optimize the video for the desired device. For instance, it makes no sense to play a 1080 video on a device that only has a 480 screen. (If you're still using something that only has 480 resolution, bless you.) Find the resolution for the device you're going to be watching the video on, and then match the video resolution to that. Sometimes, as with my phone, you can go lower than the native resolution just because the physical size of the screen is so small your eyes won't notice the difference. You might also be able to change the frame rate, say from 60 fps, to 30 fps. Still technically a loss in quality, but most of the time you probably won't notice. And for goodness sake, make sure to remind people not to delete or overwrite the original! You may wish you had it later.
This tutorial is great
I always love when you make things so easy like this one
so you don't think that converting 4k video to 1080p hd isn't losing quality.
ОтветитьThis is an excellent program. I don't use it very often so this video was very helpful as a refresher on how to use it. I sometimes download old video files that have low volume and it's great to be able to increase the volume gain for better playback. Thank you for the video.
ОтветитьCompress 18 gig video to 3 gig without losing any quality! ??
Ответитьit kinda defeats the purpose when you compress a 4K video to 1080p,compressing 4K to 4K in x265 would be a better choice, unless your TV is a 1080p,if it is 4K TV you lose detail, one thing tough,it takes ages to compress a 4K gig+ video, even with a fast machine
ОтветитьHandbrake was an absolute game changer for me when I had an iPod Classic. At one point I was able to fit the complete series of CSI (300+ episodes) on there.
