I im currently editing my dji mavic 2s footages on the macbook pro m1, 16ram and 1tb. Any time i move my footages to my time line to edit, the quality of the footages drops significantly!! So i can't edit or colour grade poor footages. Is it a codec problem? Can someone help?

Would you have any idea why ALL my work on FCPX has changed from 30p to 50p? All the projects I created now drops frames at certain sections and I can’t work in anything other than 50p. Tried creating a new project, setting to 30p and pasting into it but it just converts back to 50p. Thinking of just giving up tbh
