I wasn't sure if you new it happened this morning, USA California time it's where i live. So what I'll do is continue to watch and follow your clips with volume turned down & my own music. The music playing was a distraction. You are so inspiring.

ОтветитьI am 68 and overweight. I have lost 26 lbs. but have a ways to go. I am able to keep up with the walking exercises and most of the toning, but this is difficult and some of the moves give me a painful twinge in my back so I revert to the resting move.

ОтветитьI am doing the 14 day challenge but this one hurts my legs. I am still 80 lbs. overweight (lost 26 lbs.) so I guess this one will have to wait until I’m thinner.
ОтветитьThis is so awesome ..so excited for my next workout, I sweat a bunch. How many of these should I be doing a day, my goal is to loose 30 lbs. mist of my fat is in my lower belly, thighs, chest, back and arms.

ОтветитьHi, I have been enjoying your workouts so much, especially the arm ones. My core needs a lot of help. I like how this one started easy and became harder toward the end. I’m considering adding my ankle weights next time!
