Why don't you try the core i9 7980XE with 4-sli Nvidia GeForce gtx 1080ti and instal tekken 7 on the computer to see how well it will perform when playing games (by maxing it all out)

I-9 is better then a 1-7 7820x skylake 8 core($550 by the way) and you cant really use your computer while you render. Can you use your computer with a 18 core while rendering?
