NICK54222 MUGEN: Plusle VS Minun

Here's a battle I wanted to do for some time. It's a clash of the Pikachu clones from Generation III: Plusle and Minun! While available in both versions, the opposite color of the version is more common than the other (Minun more common in Emerald though). And now we're ready to see them in action in a MUGEN Battle!
