For anyone who has panic attacks, anxiety, migraines, or trouble sleeping, try these 17 tips. They help me ALOT:

1. Try putting cold water in a bag and putting it on your face, it helps.

2. Go outside for a jog, especially in the morning or evening.

3. Standing outside at night helps with nighttime panic attacks.

4. Taking a nice, long hot shower and turning the water cold for 10 - 20 seconds acts like flushing a toilet, flushing the toxins out of your body. It also helps nausea .

5. Singing or vocalizing stimulates your Vagus nerve and helps you calm down and sends happy hormones through your body.

6. Dance can help get stress, anxiety, anger, sadness, and emotional trauma to go away.

7. Horse Back Riding is a good way to calm down.

8. Get out in nature and just sit and relax, put your bare feet on the grass, have a picnic, etc.,.

9. Have a glass of chocolate milk, or hot chocolate. Chocolate is a great way to de-stress in small amounts. It's healthy to.

10. Carrot Juice and beet salads are two foods that help me feel WAY better. Beet salads are generally better with chicken.

11. Calming music like this helps, but classical music helps also.

12. When you take a shower, you turn the water cold, take a deep breath, close your eyes, and put your face in for a couple of seconds. Doing it on warm can help migraines. Doing it on cold can help nausea.

13. Hot baths or showers help greatly with tension and stress in your muscles.

14. Soaking your feet in epsom salt is sooo nice and has medical benefits.

15. Try getting a reflexology or back massage, it helps greatly. Also learning pressure points can help stop panic attacks and migraines quickly.

16. Try Aromatherapy. Smelling your fav. scents can be a great way to calm your brain down.

17. Getting a puppy or kitten can help GREATLY, and you can even house train/potty train a mini pony and they act like a dog!

Also I heard sound therapy, accupuncture and accupressure help migraines, anciety, stress, etc., but ive never tried them.

One of my worst anxieties is when I know I gotta do something the next day like, appointments or any event, I can't sleep at all is like my brain wants to get it over with. Dealing with this and slack of sleep it affects me so bad. Thanks everyone for ya sharing thoughts.

About a year ago i started listening to these i have/had severe anxiety when my husband would go out of town to work but everynow and then when i get anxious and put this on my worrried go away helps me fall asleep too currently 4am woke up freaking out finally layed back down and have this amazing video (these are the best comments ive ever seen on any video everyone is so kind and i know im not alone ) (its all in your head ❤)

So I don’t know if it’s anxiety but when I’m not high and it’s night time my chest feels so heavy and feels like my heart is pounding out my chest and my chest is heavy and heavier by the second. Pretty much feels like I’m slowly not breathing properly and can’t breathe. Is this normal ? Just so I can feel better can someone let me know.

I love putting this on my portable speaker and putting it up to my chest. Helps sync my heart rate to it during a panic attack. 💛 Great grounding tool to add to my toolbox!

I have a fear of being sick and throwing up or even being near throw up and my little brother is in the other room and he is very sick throwing up right now and I can’t sleep with it so I’m trying this otherwise I might have a mental breakdown

Drink lots of water..it will dilate your circulatory system . This will insure that your HEART will work as efficiently as possible. Many people avoid THIS as to not have to use the washroom at night so drink plenty during the day. IF you are DEHYDRATED your heart has to WORK HARDER at a higher rythm and after years of neglecting your heart of the ( car oil ) it begins to adjust itself like any muscle to keep up through the ups and downs. It has taken me years to remember how important water is for the body. But just try it !! The very next time you feel anxiety drink 24 oz. of room temperature water and you will immediately feel and see the difference.. if you've tried before and failed its because you did not keep it going.. it will lower your high blood pressure and possibly get you off some meds.

It's 316am I've been laying here for hours numb. More alone then ever. The more I reach out for help more I'm turned away. I'm tired I just want to feel good enough. Like someone cares. Not even a care in the world from anyone near Me I could disappear not one person would care.
My heart hurts my soul is empty. Wish I was worthy. And people saying they are there for me or us in these hard times . Been nearly 2 years dealing with this alone and not one person really cares enough to even msg or call
